About Us
The Family Information Service is a free, impartial service giving detailed information and advice on childcare as well as general information on a wide range of services for children and young people and their families in Waltham Forest. Our remit has traditionally been to focus on childcare and services for children aged 0-16 years, but since 2008 we have expanded our service to cover services for families, children and young people 0-19 and up to 25 years with disabilities.
